轨道交通车辆上的功率模块具有智能化、高压大电流、控制信号又有光信号和逻辑电信号之分的特点,种类繁多,且功率模块的检修市场份额巨大。但在具体检修过程中却遇到不少的问题:1、对驻机务段或主机厂的技术人员来说,缺乏对功率模块便捷高效的检测手段,现阶段检测功率模块是否故障所需仪器众多,平台搭建繁琐费时;2、对生产检修单位来说,出厂检验的例行试验电压高,为保证人员和设备安全,初步发现功率模块有故障即停止试验,难以甄别出具体故障点在哪,检修车间常依次更换关键器件来解决故障,时而因未更换掉故障器件导致其他新换部件损坏或者更换掉了无故障器件。故设计了此通用便携式功率模块检测仪,可方便外派人员和检修车间,在高压的出厂例行试验发现异常后,然后使用此仪器,安全高效的依次对功率模块的关键器件驱动板、配置板和IGBT做故障检测,从而锁定故障点。此仪器仅需AC 220V 50Hz单相交流电供电,搭配常规示波器即可完成功率模块具体故障点检测与定位。
