目的:观察虫草肾茶胶囊对肾小球硬化早期模型大鼠肾脏组织形态学的影响。方法:采用单侧肾切除加阿霉素尾静脉注射法建立肾小球硬化早期大鼠模型,将72只大鼠随机分为假手术组(12只)、模型组(20只)、治疗组(20只)、对照组(20只)。治疗组给予虫草肾茶胶囊(0.47g.kg-1.d-1)灌胃,对照组给予福辛普利(7.5mg.kg-1.d-1)灌胃,假手术组与模型组给予等量的蒸馏水灌胃,均为1次/天。观察大鼠一般状态,每周测体重1次。于造模前与造模后8、12周观察大鼠血清TP、Alb的变化。连续给药12周后处死大鼠,分别在光镜与电镜下观察肾脏组织形态学改变,计算肾小球硬化指数(GSI)。结果:虫草肾茶治疗组大鼠体重在第8、12周时均高于模型组(P<0.01),治疗组的TP、Alb水平在12周时高于模型组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,治疗组与对照组的肾小球硬化程度明显减轻,两组的肾小球硬化指数均低于模型组(P<0.05),治疗组同时明显减轻了肾小管-间质纤维化。结论:虫草肾茶胶囊可以改善肾小球硬化早期模型大鼠的一般状态,增加体重与血清TP、Alb水平,延缓肾小球硬化早期进展,减轻肾小管间质纤维化。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Cordyceps and Kidney Tea Capsule on the morphological changes of renal tissues in early glomerular sclerosis rats. METHODS: The early rat model of glomerulosclerosis was established by unilateral nephrectomy plus doxorubicin tail vein injection. 72 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (12 rats), model group (20 rats), and treatment group. (20) and control (20). The treatment group was given Cordyceps Capsule (0.47g.kg-1.d-1) by gavage; the control group was given by fosinopril (7.5mg.kg-1.d-1) gavage; sham operation group and model group The same amount of distilled water was given to the stomach, which was once/day. The general state of the rats was observed and body weight was measured once a week. The changes of serum TP and Alb were observed before and 8 and 12 weeks after modeling. After 12 weeks of continuous administration, the rats were sacrificed. Morphological changes of the kidneys were observed under light and electron microscopy, and the glomerular sclerosis index (GSI) was calculated. Results: The body weight of Cordyceps and kidney tea treatment group was higher than that of the model group at the 8th and 12th weeks (P<0.01). The level of TP and Alb in the treatment group was higher than that of the model group at the 12th week (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the degree of glomerulosclerosis was significantly reduced in the treatment group and the control group. The glomerular sclerosis index was lower in the two groups than in the model group (P<0.05). The treatment group also significantly reduced the renal tubular-interstitial fibers. Change. Conclusion: Cordyceps and kidney tea capsule can improve the general state of early glomerular sclerosis model rats, increase body weight and serum TP, Alb levels, delay the early progress of glomerulosclerosis, and reduce renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis.
