地热资源在农业方面应用广泛,开发潜力巨大。目前,农业地热资源综合利用中常用潜水电泵在地热工程应用中存在效率低、故障多及寿命短等问题。本文深入分析了导致这些问题的原因,结合地热资源与地热工程特征,给出了适应高温环境以及地热工程特征的潜水电泵设计与制造改进方案,改进方案的措施包括机组关键部件采用新的材料、潜水电机电磁优化设计、改进机组冷却装置以及提升水力模型和工艺水平等方面。通过样机试制与试验对比,验证了改进方案的可行性与合理性。高效地热潜水电泵对于地热资源开发具有重要工程意义。
Geothermal resources are widely used in agriculture and have great potential for development. At present, the commonly used submersible electric pumps in the comprehensive utilization of agricultural geothermal resources have some problems in geothermal engineering application, such as low efficiency, shortcomings and short life span. In this paper, the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth. Based on the characteristics of geothermal resources and geothermal engineering, the design and manufacture of submersible pump to adapt to the high temperature environment and geothermal engineering characteristics are given. The measures to improve the scheme include the new material , Submersible motor electromagnetic optimization design, to improve unit cooling device and enhance the hydraulic model and technology level and so on. Through prototype prototype and test comparison, verify the feasibility and rationality of the improved scheme. Efficient thermal submersible pump for the development of geothermal resources has important engineering significance.
