不同抗性大豆品种与大豆胞囊线虫的田间群体动态关系研究

对不同抗性大豆品种与大豆胞囊线虫的田间群体动态关系进行了系统研究 ,结果表明 :大豆胞囊线虫胞囊的孵化不依赖于寄主根分泌物 ,在侵染的中后期感病品种根内线虫总数是抗性品种的3~10倍 ,抗性品种的抗性主要表现在两个时期 ,即出苗13~16d和出苗27d。有的品种(如磨石豆)根内二龄幼虫到三龄幼虫阶段死亡率更高 ,但多数抗性品种中从三龄幼虫发育到四龄幼虫阶段的抑制强于从二龄幼虫发育到三龄幼虫阶段的抑制 ,仅有少数抗性品种在四龄幼虫发育到成虫阶段表现良好的抗性 The dynamic relationships among different resistant soybean cultivars and soybean cyst nematode were systematically studied. The results showed that the hatching of soybean cyst nematode did not depend on the host root exudates. During the middle and late stages of infection, The total number of nematodes is 3 ~ 10 times of the resistant varieties, resistance of resistant varieties mainly in two periods, namely 13 ~ 16d emergence and emergence 27d. In some cultivars (such as ground bean), the mortality of second instar larva to third instar larvae was higher than that of third instar larvae, but the inhibition from third instar larvae to fourth instar larvae in most resistant cultivars was stronger than that of second instar larvae Third-instar larval stage of inhibition, only a few resistant varieties showed good resistance in the fourth instar larvae to the adult stage
