利用化学沉淀法、均匀沉淀法和乳液法合成了不同晶粒尺寸的纳米ZnS。用X射线衍射和透射电镜研究了材料的晶体结构和陶瓷微结构 ,用TG DTA测定了材料的热稳定性 ,探讨了不同实验方法对纳米颗粒晶粒度和材料气敏性能的影响。结果表明 ,610℃以前ZnS能在空气中稳定存在 ,且乳液法制得的ZnS颗粒细小 ,气体灵敏度高 ,工作温度低
Nanometer ZnS with different grain size was synthesized by chemical precipitation method, uniform precipitation method and emulsion method. The crystal structure and ceramic microstructure of the material were investigated by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The thermal stability of the material was measured by TG DTA. The effects of different experimental methods on the grain size and the gas-sensing properties of the material were discussed. The results show that ZnS can exist stably in the air before 610 ℃, and the fine particles of ZnS prepared by emulsion method have high gas sensitivity and low working temperature
