最近,建筑工程部工业建筑设计院金属结构研究室设计并建造了一种装拆房屋(图1),没有檩条,结构简单,设计上考虑了保温要求,可做宿舍和办公室用,效果很好。这种建筑的结构如图2、图3示。承重结构采用薄腹刚架,截面由两块冷弯加工的角钢组成,用小圆筋把它们焊连在一起(图4),圆筋相隔一定距离。冷弯角钢截面为∠100×60×2毫米。刚架支座为铰接,勿需基础。刚架由四个构
Recently, the Metal Structure Research Laboratory of the Industrial Building Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction and Design has designed and built a kind of house for assembly and disassembly (Fig. 1). There is no purlin, and the structure is simple. The insulation requirements are considered in the design and can be used for dormitories and offices. The effect is very good. . The structure of this building is shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3. The load-bearing structure uses a thin-web rigid frame, and the cross-section consists of two cold-formed angle steels, which are welded together with small circular ribs (Figure 4). The circular ribs are separated by a certain distance. Cold section steel section is ∠100×60×2 mm. The rigid frame supports are hinged and do not need foundation.
