由“校园中隐性人身伤害”引发的思考

在学校制度中,许多强制性的制度、管理措施以及来自教师、同伴的行为年口语言伤害,都给少年儿童的健康发展带来了潜伏的危害,一旦时机成熟,就会构成隐性伤害。本文拟从隐性人身伤害及表现形式出发,对校园隐性人身伤害的成因进行了分析,最后提出了避免和减轻少年儿童隐性人身伤害的途径。 In the school system, many compulsory systems, management measures and language injuries from teachers and companions have all brought hidden dangers to the healthy development of children and children. Once the time is ripe, they constitute a hidden injury. This article intends to analyze the causes of recessive personal injuries in schools from the perspective of tacit personal injury and manifestation, and finally puts forward ways to avoid and reduce the hidden personal injuries of children and adolescents.
