QFR-2型钩尾框是一种出口铁路车辆的关键部件,借鉴8000 t摩擦压力机的生产经验,对QFR-2型钩尾框在500 k J对击锤生产重新进行工艺分析,并制定了抬高尾部分模面和挂耳一体锻造的优化工艺方案。采用常温拉伸和高温压缩实验,测定了25MnCrNiMoA钢的材料常数和流变应力曲线,并导入Deform-3D软件,对制定的方案进行有限元分析。研究结果表明,优化后的方案更有利于金属的变形,可以减少打击次数,减少7道加工工序,使废品率从12%降低至3%,从而提高了设备使用寿命,降低了生产成本。
QFR-2 hook yoke is a key component for exporting railway vehicles. Based on the production experience of 8000 t friction press, we re-analyze the hammer production of QFR-2 yoke at 500 kJ, The lifting of the tail part of the mold surface and the ear forging one of the best forging process. The material constants and flow stress curves of 25MnCrNiMoA steel were measured by tensile and high temperature compression tests at room temperature. Deform-3D software was introduced into the proposed scheme for the finite element analysis. The results show that the optimized scheme is more conducive to metal deformation, can reduce the number of blows, reduce the 7 processing steps, the rejection rate from 12% to 3%, thereby increasing equipment life and reduce production costs.
