采用SSY分子筛和Beta分子筛复配作为催化剂酸性组分,利用等体积浸渍法制备Ni-Mo-P/SSY-Beta-Al_2O_3催化裂化柴油加氢裂化催化剂,以中国石化青岛炼化分公司的催化裂化柴油为原料,在100mL固定床加氢中试装置上进行催化剂的反应活性评价,考察了反应温度、压力和空速对Ni-Mo-P/SSY-Beta-Al_2O_3催化剂加氢裂化活性的影响。结果表明:在压力为8 MPa、氢油体积比为700∶1、精制段温度为360℃、精制段体积空速为1.25h~(-1)、裂化段温度为400℃、裂化段体积空速为1.5h~(-1)的条件下,柴油馏分收率为58.67%,十六烷值提高了10个单位;汽油馏分收率为34.74%,辛烷值(RON)为91.37。
The SSY zeolite and Beta zeolite complex were used as catalyst acidic components, Ni-Mo-P / SSY-Beta-Al 2 O 3 catalytic cracking diesel hydrocracking catalyst was prepared by the same volume impregnation method. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and space velocity on hydrocracking activity of Ni-Mo-P / SSY-Beta-Al_2O_3 catalyst were investigated. The results show that under the condition of pressure 8 MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 700:1, the temperature of refining section is 360 ℃, the space velocity of refining section is 1.25h ~ (-1), the temperature of cracking section is 400 ℃, The yield of diesel fraction was 58.67% and the cetane number was increased by 10 units at the speed of 1.5h ~ (-1). The yield of gasoline fraction was 34.74% and the octane number (RON) was 91.37.
