整合资源,多方联动,全方位构建消费维权新机制

浙江省湖州市消费者权益保护委员会在受理消费者投诉和消费维权机制等方面做了积极有效的探索,同时总结了消费维权机制建设的经验。在消费者权益保护组织自身完善方面,通过完善各级消费者权益保护组织、建立监督联络站、农村维权组织的方式,改进和加强了消费维权的主要机构的功能。在消费维权的制度方面,加强部门间联动、以及将公开披露、公开调解等机制规范化,逐步建立了社会化的维权体系。在消费维权纠纷预防方面,革新宣传方式、积极引导消费、培育经营者的诚信意识,逐步完善消费纠纷的预防体系。在经验的基础上,湖州市消费者权益保护委员会提出了继续完善消费者权益保护组织以及加强对消费维权纠纷解决机制建设的建议。 The Huzhou City Consumer Protection Committee of Zhejiang Province has made active and effective explorations in handling consumer complaints and consumer rights protection mechanisms, and at the same time, summed up the experience in building consumer rights protection mechanisms. In the aspect of consummation of consumer rights protection organizations, the functions of the major agencies for consumer rights protection have been improved and strengthened by improving consumer rights protection organizations at all levels, establishing ways of monitoring contact points and rural rights protection organizations. In the system of safeguarding human rights protection, the departments should strengthen the coordination among departments and standardize mechanisms such as public disclosure and public mediation, and gradually establish a socialized rights protection system. In the aspect of the prevention of disputes over the protection of rights and interests, the publicity methods were updated to actively guide consumption, foster the awareness of honesty and honesty among managers and gradually improve the prevention system for consumer disputes. On the basis of experience, Huzhou City Consumer Protection Committee proposed to continue to improve the protection of consumer rights organizations and to strengthen consumer rights advocacy dispute resolution mechanism.
