近期,笔者深入云南省保山市5个县区16个乡镇,对乡镇财政建设尤其是队伍建设情况进行调查,发现乡镇财政队伍建设存在一些问题和困难。一是编少人少,难以满足工作需要。目前,全市70个乡镇财政所编制268人,平均每个财政所仅3.8人。 Recently, the author went deep into 16 towns and villages in 5 counties and districts of Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, and investigated the construction of township finance, especially the construction of teams. They found that there were some problems and difficulties in the construction of township financial teams. First, fewer people, it is difficult to meet the needs of work. At present, the city’s 70 townships make a total of 268 financial institutions, with an average of only 3.8 people each.
