目的：探讨强化心理护理和健康教育在四肢关节结核患者中的应用价值。方法选取70例四肢关节结核患者，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各35例。对照组患者实行常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理的同时强化心理护理和健康教育。比较两组患者的健康知识知晓情况、焦虑及抑郁程度及住院时间。结果与对照组比较，研究组患者的健康知识得分更高、焦虑及抑郁评分更低、住院时间更短，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论强化心理护理和健康教育在四肢关节结核患者中应用，可有效提高患者对疾病的认识和改善负性心理，并缩短住院时间。“,”Objective To explore the application effect ofstrengthening psychological nursing and health education in patients with limb joints tuberculosis in.Methods Selected 70 cases of limb and joint tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 cases.The control group implemented the routine nursing,the research group to strengthen the psychological care and health education in routine care also.And the degree ofanxiety and depression,the time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups of health knowledge- eawareness.Results The results of two groups of comparison,in the study group patients health knowledge score higher,anxiety and depression score lower,shorter hospital stay,differences are significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Theapplication can effectively strengthen psychological nursingand health education in the limb joints tuberculosis patientsto improve patient understanding of the disease andimprove the negative psychology,and shorten the time of hospitalization.
