The Mesoproterozoic Tethuzi Formation is composed of a suite of carbonate rocks, with several types of “tidal flat carbonate-scale cycles” developed. The 1: 4 vertical superposition of the Mi-cycle sequences indicates a cyclonic Sex Stratigraphic Record of Milan Covey Nature. According to the regular superposition of the Mi-level cycles in the long-period third-order sequences, four third-order sequences are identified in this group, which form a second-level super-sequence. According to the sequence structure and temporal-spatial variation of the third-order sequence, the stratigraphic framework of the Tuan-Shan sub-formation can be established. The Cyclones of the TuanShanzi Formation show that this set of Precambrian systems with a duration of approximately 1700 ~ 1650Ma also have similar cycles to the Milankovitch cycle, similar to the “Greenhouse Effect” of the Phanerozoic. recording.
