[目的]研制多菌灵农药标准物质。[方法]用重结晶方法对多菌灵原药进行纯化,得到的纯品用UV、I R、N M R、M S进行结构鉴定,并进行了均匀性检验和稳定性检验,最后以8家实验室合作定值方式确定量值。[结果]研制的多菌灵农药标准物质量值为99.0%,扩展不确定度为0.6%。[结论]用归一化法验证该量值准确。 [Objective] To develop carbendazim pesticide standard substance. [Method] The carbendazim original drug was purified by recrystallization method. The pure product was identified by UV, IR, NMR and MS. The homogeneity test and stability test were carried out. Finally, eight laboratories were cooperated Set value to determine the value. [Result] The standard value of carbendazim pesticide developed was 99.0% with an extended uncertainty of 0.6%. [Conclusion] This method is validated by normalization method.
