环一磷酸腺苷(Cyclic-AMP,cAMP)对于细胞新陈代谢具有重要的调节作用。近年来Neufeld和Sear等人的研究成果表明,cAMP对于房水排出作用方面的研究有可能成为原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)在分子水平上的发病机理探索中的一个重要方面。虽然据目前资料,尚难以断定环核苷酸类小分子物质与POAG发病间的直接关连。但据以下二方面的原因,必须重视这个范围内的探讨。(1)滤帘组织和Schlemm管内皮细胞的活动及其病理变化在房水排出和POAG的发病过程中有着决定性的作用。(2)这些内皮细胞的活动及变化受着多种因素的调节,其中cAMP是比效重要的一个。
Cyclic AMP (cAMP) plays an important regulatory role in cell metabolism. In recent years, Neufeld and Sear et al.’s research results show that the study of cAMP on aqueous humor efflux may become an important aspect in the pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) at the molecular level. Although the current data, it is still difficult to conclude that there is a direct link between the small molecule cyclic nucleotide substances and the incidence of POAG. However, according to the following two reasons, we must attach importance to this range of discussions. (1) The activities of the filter tissue and Schlemm’s vascular endothelial cells and their pathological changes play a decisive role in the drainage of aqueous humor and the pathogenesis of POAG. (2) The activity and changes of these endothelial cells are regulated by many factors, of which cAMP is an important one.
