目的观察血浆白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与慢性肾功衰竭(CRF)的相关性。方法将CRF患者分成两患者:A组(CRF非透析患者,Scr(405~803μmol/L),平均613μmol/L,Ccr(4~20ml/min),平均13ml/min。B组(CRF血液透析组),Scr(503~916μmol/L),平均711μmol/L,Ccr(3~20ml/min),平均9ml/mim。分别测定血浆IL-6水平,将其与正常对照组相比。同时将45例CRF患者血压、血红蛋白、与血浆IL-6进行相关性分析。结果CRF血浆IL-6水平与Ccr呈负相关,且与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆IL-6水平与CRF患者血压呈正相关。血浆IL-6水平与CRF患者的血红蛋白(HGB)呈负相关。结论IL-6是CRF发病的重要炎性因子,并反映疾病的严重程度,血浆IL-6水平与Ccr呈负相关,与SBP、DBP呈正相关,与HGB呈负相关。血液透析不能清除IL-6。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma interleukin-6 (IL-6) level and chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods CRF patients were divided into two groups: group A (CRF non-dialysis patients, Scr (405 ~ 803μmol / L, mean 613μmol / L, Ccr 4-20ml / min, mean 13ml / Group, Scr (503 ~ 916μmol / L), average 711μmol / L, Ccr (3 ~ 20ml / min), average 9ml / mim. The levels of plasma IL-6 were measured and compared with the normal control group The level of IL-6 in CRF was negatively correlated with Ccr, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with the control group. The level of IL-6 in plasma was positively correlated with the blood pressure of patients with CRF, and the level of plasma IL-6 was negatively correlated with hemoglobin (HGB) in patients with CRF.Conclusion IL-6 is an important inflammatory factor in CRF and reflects the severity of the disease. Plasma The level of IL-6 was negatively correlated with Ccr, positively correlated with SBP and DBP, and negatively correlated with HGB. Hemodialysis could not clear IL-6.
