采用不同厚度海工钢E500、E550、E690和E460进行船级社认证前实验室试验,结果表明,K型坡口易产生焊接缺陷。焊接变形难控制的困难经过一系列钝边的选择、打底焊道工艺参数优化和反面第一道焊接工艺参数优化,使得焊接接头性能均满足船级社要求。使海工钢突破了认证门槛,在辽河油田、中集等海工钢一线企业得到应用。
The laboratory tests of classification societies E500, E550, E690 and E460 with different thickness of sea-based steel have been carried out. The results show that K-shaped groove is easy to produce welding defects. Difficult to control the difficulty of welding deformation through a series of blunt edge of the selection, the bottom of the welding process parameters optimization and optimization of the first welding process parameters, making the performance of welded joints meet the classification requirements. Sea Steel broke through the certification threshold in the Liaohe Oilfield, CIMC Offshore and other first-line enterprises have been applied.
