1986年5月4日至8日于北京召开了第二届全国真空热处理讨论会。会议回顾了第一届会议以来真空热处理的发展与成就,宣读和交流了论文43篇。与会者对我国当前真空热处理的现状和存在题问展开了深入讨论,并对今后发展提出了看法和建议。一、真空淬火目前,在全国大部分省市均已不同程度地推广应用了真空淬火工艺。从大会资料看,这种工艺涉及到高速工具钢、模具钢、弹簧钢、各种结构钢零件,以及各种有色金属及其合金,如钛、铍青铜、各类精密合金(除气、退火、固溶处理)等,已取得了较好的技术经济效果。上海工具厂对高速钢仪表钻头进行
