目的:利用GC-MS对复方千黄洗液中挥发油成分进行研究,通过数据处理,分析该洗液中挥发油的主要化学成分及比例。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取复方千黄洗液中挥发油,用GC-MS联用仪进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出37个峰,并鉴定出其中28个化合物,占挥发油总量的99.33%。主要成分为1,8-桉叶素(25.11%)、对-聚伞花素(11.71%)、α-侧柏烯(10.24%)、α-蒎烯(9.17%)、β-蒎烯(7.81%)、γ-松油烯(7.09%)、芳樟醇(6.35%)、松油烯-4-醇(4.76%)等。结论:复方千黄肤液挥发油成分中,主要有萜类化合物、芳香族化合物等,其中以萜类化合物为主。该研究可为复方千黄洗液的质量控制提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of volatile oil in compound Qianhuang lotion by GC-MS. Through data processing, the main chemical components and proportions of the volatile oil in the lotion were analyzed. Methods: Volatile oil from Compound Qianhuang Lotion was extracted by steam distillation. The compounds were identified by GC-MS, and the compounds were identified by computerized retrieval. The relative areas of the components were calculated by the method of chromatographic peak area normalization content. Results: A total of 37 peaks were isolated and 28 compounds were identified, accounting for 99.33% of the total volatile oil. The main components were 1,8-eucalyptol (25.11%), para-cymellose (11.71%), α-pedimentin (10.24%), α-pinene (9.17%), β-pinene 7.81%), γ-terpinene (7.09%), linalool (6.35%), terpinen-4-ol (4.76%) and the like. Conclusion: There are mainly terpenoids, aromatic compounds and so on in the essential oil components of Qianlianfukao Compound, among which terpenoids are the main components. This study can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of compound Qianhuang lotion.
