明治政府成立之初,将文明开化定为三大基本国策之一并加以推行,这种文明开化风潮在鹿鸣馆时代(1883—1887)达到顶峰。芥川龙之介的小说《舞会》正是以1886年井上馨在鹿鸣馆举办的舞会为舞台,讽刺了鹿鸣馆时代的欧化风潮的极端、盲从和浅薄性。但是,鹿鸣馆外交时期的欧化风潮在开启民智、推动社会进步等方面还是发挥了一定积极作用的。本文拟以《舞会》为切入点,浅论一下鹿鸣馆外交的成与败。
At the very beginning of the establishment of the Meiji government, civilization was to be one of the three basic national policies and its promotion was carried out. The era of civilization liberalization peaked at the age of Lü Ming (1883-1887). Akutagawa Ryunosuke’s novel “Ball” is precisely the stage 1886 Inoue held at the Luming Museum of the ball as a stage, ironically the Lugong Museum era of European extreme, blind obedience and superficial. However, the wave of Europeanization during the diplomatic period of Luming Museum played a positive role in opening up people’s wisdom and promoting social progress. This article intends to “dance” as the starting point, talk about the success and failure of Luming Museum diplomacy.
