一、问题的提出 我厂目前采用的钢丝拉拔润滑剂是肥皂料和石墨粉的混合物,这种润滑剂在较高的拉拔线速度(200米/分)下连续拉拔不能满足要求。这时皂粉炭化结块的现象十分严重,堵塞模孔进口,致使滑滑剂不能进入模孔,钢丝与模孔摩擦阻力增大,温度升高,从而影响钢丝成品的机械性能,特别是扭转韧性。随着连续拉拔的发展和拉拔线速度的提高,使润滑剂在钢丝生产中的作用显得更为重要。本试验对六种不同配比的拉拔润滑剂进行了对比研究。
