1 引言我局管辖的铁路网,地处华东,滨临东海,年平均雷暴日多在40~80之间,属多雷地区,且皖赣、鹰厦线还多崇山峻岭。每值雷雨季节,沿线10kV变电所的电流互感器、电压互感器、少油断路器、隔离开关等部件屡遭雷损,影响了铁路运输供电的安全性和可靠性。经统计近5年的雷损所年平均高达15.8%。然而所有这些变电所均已按电力工业部《电力设备过电压保护设计技术规程》安装有符合规范的避雷设施,为何雷害仍居高不下?
1 Introduction The railway network under the jurisdiction of our bureau is located in the East China Sea and the seaside East China Sea. The average annual thunderstorm days are between 40 and 80, belonging to the Dray area, with more mountains and valleys in Anhui, Jiangxi and Yingxia. In every thunderstorm season, the current transformers, voltage transformers, less oil circuit breakers and disconnecting switches along the 10kV substation have been repeatedly damaged by lightning, which affects the safety and reliability of railway transportation. The statistics of the past five years the average annual loss of lightning up to 15.8%. However, all of these substations have been equipped with lightning protection facilities that meet the specifications according to Technical Specification for Overvoltage Protection Design for Power Equipment issued by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. Why the damage caused by lightning is still high?
