针对某铁路动车设备舱支架经常出现断裂的现象,对支架的结构特性进行了研究,以脉冲信号对结构进行激励,结合模态识别理论,估计支架响应的频响函数.通过相干函数,验证试验结果的有效性,结合识别设备舱支架结构横向、纵向、垂向模态共振频率,比较不同结构支架的振动特性.改进后的设备舱支架2的横向、纵向、垂向固有频率均得到提升,且不易于车体弹性模态耦合,能有效避免断裂.
Aiming at the phenomenon that the bracket of a railway car equipment often breaks, the structural characteristics of the bracket are studied, the structure is excited by the pulse signal, and the frequency response function of the bracket response is estimated by using the modal identification theory.
