耐久跑是中学体育教学的一项重要内容。尤其是在冬季安排耐久跑教学内容,对改善学生内脏器官功能、增强学生体质有积极作用,而且对培养学生顽强、刻苦、耐劳等意志品质也有一定的重要意义。但是由于在传统的教学训练中,练习持续时间长、体能消耗大、教师教法简单、学生练习方法单一,学生有枯燥无味的感觉,产生害怕、厌倦的复杂心理,运动兴趣下降,严重影响了耐久跑教学效果。为了减轻学生对耐久跑的心理负担、激发诱导其练习兴趣,笔者通过多年的教学实践,采用变换环境、增添新鲜感、转变注意力的方法,把长期在田径场跑道上练习耐久跑改在篮球场上进行,充分利用篮球场上的边线、端线、中线、三分线等进行耐久跑教学。学生有新鲜感,练习
