今天差不多所有的材料,只要工件厚度在10毫米以内,都能用CO_2激光器切割。同其它切割方法相比,激光束切割的主要优点是割缝窄、热影响小和工作速度快。目前最新的激光材料加工系统由四大部件组成:激光器(1)、射束导向系统(激光器工作台2)、计算机数控装置(3)和控制计算机或CAD/CAM系统(4)。
Almost all of today’s materials can be cut with CO 2 lasers as long as the workpiece thickness is within 10 mm. The main advantages of laser beam cutting compared to other cutting methods are narrow kerf, small thermal effects and fast working speed. The latest laser material processing system consists of four major components: laser (1), beam steering system (laser stage 2), computer numerical control device (3) and control computer or CAD / CAM system (4).
