张家口发电厂东灰场东坝坝基为非自重湿陷性黄土 ,由于前期的勘测工作不周 ,施工前未对地基进行有效的加固处理 ,致使运行后坝体出现不均匀沉降和横向裂缝 ,导致下游坝体边坡涌水。为了清除裂缝、涌水等不安全隐患 ,采用分序成孔压力注入粘土水泥浆充填裂缝的方法对裂缝进行了加固。以该工程实例论述了均质土坝坝体深部裂缝注浆加固处理的设计、施工及加固效果的检测。
As the non-weight collapsible loess, the east dam foundation of the east ash field in Zhangjiakou Power Plant is not reconstructed. Due to the poor survey work in the previous period, no effective reinforcement of the foundation before the construction resulted in uneven settlement and lateral cracks in the dam after operation, resulting in Downstream dam body gushing water. In order to eliminate the potential safety problems such as cracks and gushing water, the fractures were reinforced by filling cracks with grouted cement grouted by pore pressure. With the example of this project, the design, construction and reinforcement effect of the deep grouting reinforcement of homogeneous earth dam are discussed.
