在远程教育条件下,学生和教师准永久性地分离,师生在教学中的主、客体地位发生了变化,教师的权威角色受到了前所未有的挑战。教师不再是知识的传授者、灌输者,而是学生学习的指导者,帮助者、促进者和参与者。外语教学作为远程教育教学的重要组成部分,如何使学生能更有效地掌握外语语言知识,提高实际应用能力,培养现代化复合型外语人才,就需要外语教师具备较高的个人素质与专业素质。
Under the conditions of distance education, students and teachers quasi-permanent separation, teachers and students in teaching the subject and object status has changed, the authority of the teacher’s role has been hitherto unknown challenges. Teachers are no longer the preachers and inculcators of knowledge, but the mentors, helpers, promoters and participants of student learning. As an important part of distance education teaching, how to make students master foreign language knowledge more efficiently and improve practical ability to cultivate modern compound foreign language talents, foreign language teachers need high personal qualities and professional qualities.
