本文研究了苯甲酰胺对蚕豆根尖细胞微核细胞诱发率及染色体畸变率的影响。结果表明,苯甲酰胺可诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核及染色体畸变的产生。在20×10(-6)~200×10(-6)浓度范围内,随着浓度的增加,微核细胞率并未升高,反而有所下降,但在该浓度范围内,随着处理时间的延长,微核细胞率及染色体畸变率明显上升。
In this paper, the effects of benzamide on the induction rate and chromosome aberration rate of Vicia faba root tip cells were studied. The results show that benzamide can induce Vicia faba root tip cell micronucleus and chromosome aberration.
