某大型滩涂风力发电场基础原设计采用混凝土二次浇筑成型方案,由于风机所在区域地势低洼,该方案不能有效防止碱性土质对基础内钢结构的腐蚀,这将直接影响风机运行的安全.实际施工过程中利用内圈3个呈正三角形分布的基础桩作为受力支撑,在风机基础内增加基础环搁置支撑架设计,改基础环基础二次浇注为一次浇注成型,有效防止上述现象,各项技术质量指标完全符合要求.
Because of the low lying area in the area where the fan is located, the scheme can not effectively prevent the corrosion of the steel structure inside the foundation by the alkaline soil, which will directly affect the safety of the fan operation. In the process of construction, three foundation piles with an equilateral triangular distribution in the inner ring are used as the force supports, and the design of the supporting frame for the foundation ring is added in the foundation of the wind turbine. The secondary casting of the foundation ring is used for one-time pouring to effectively prevent the above phenomenon. Technical quality indicators fully meet the requirements.
