北京长城饭店工程为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。其高层部分柱断面为450×450,600×600(毫米),电梯井壁厚200、300、450(毫米),屋顶女儿墙厚200毫米,梁断面300×600、600×800、600×1500(毫米),楼板厚分120和160毫米两种。柱、墙、梁为小钢模现场拼装,混凝土楼板使用1.8厘米厚胶合板,“飞模”架支托。六层以上所有柱、梁、墙、板全部使用250号大流动性混凝土(掺减水剂),由现场集中搅拌,敞口小翻斗车水平运输,塔吊垂直提升吊斗灌注。一、冬施技术措施根据本工程工期合同紧,冬施结构而大,施工高度高(16~22层相对标高为58.5~83米)的特点,考虑能源耗用、原有热源等条件,冬施期间采用以下技术措施:
