采用高效液相色谱法,建立了同时测定丁草胺及其合成原料2-氯-N-(2,6-二乙基苯基)乙酰胺和副产物2,6-二乙基苯胺的方法。用该方法检测丁草胺不同条件下合成的反应液的组分,得到丁草胺合成的最佳工艺和结果:当2-氯-N-(2,6-二乙基苯基)乙酰胺、氯甲基丁基醚、50%氢氧化钠溶液及相转移催化剂TBAB的摩尔比为1∶1.5∶2.1∶0.01,40℃下反应75 min,丁草胺的产率为93.2%。
A method for the simultaneous determination of butachlor and its synthetic 2-chloro-N- (2,6-diethylphenyl) acetamide and the by-product 2,6-diethylaniline was established by high performance liquid chromatography . Using this method to detect the components of the reaction solution synthesized by butachlor under different conditions, the optimal process and result of the synthesis of butachlor were obtained. When 2-chloro-N- (2,6-diethylphenyl) acetamide , Chloromethyl butyl ether, 50% sodium hydroxide solution and phase transfer catalyst TBAB molar ratio of 1: 1.5: 2.1: 0.01, at 40 ℃ for 75 min, the yield of butachlor was 93.2%.
