目的探究一种辅助小儿硬膜外麻醉的安全,易行的镇静方式——平衡镇静。方法我们采用咪达唑仑复合丙泊酚和小剂量氯胺酮平衡镇静的办法辅助60例患儿硬膜外麻醉下手术,观察并记录患儿的呼吸指标、镇静指标和循环指标。结论咪达唑仑复合丙泊酚和小剂量氯胺酮辅助小儿硬膜外阻滞下手术对循环、呼吸抑制差,安全、可行,是平衡镇静。
Objective To explore a safe and easy sedation method to assist pediatric epidural anesthesia - balance sedation. Methods We used midazolam combination propofol and low-dose ketamine balanced sedation in 60 patients with epidural anesthesia assisted surgery to observe and record the respiratory index, sedation and circulatory indices. Conclusion Midazolam combined with propofol and low-dose ketamine-assisted pediatric epidural blockade is a safe and feasible method to balance circulatory depression and respiratory depression.
