2013年5月10日,在银川举办社会主义核心价值观研讨会暨《推进社会主义核心价值体系建设工程·先进人物篇》赠书仪式,目的是进一步学习贯彻党的十八大和自治区第十一次党代会精神,围绕加强公民思想道德建设主题,研讨大力开展主题实践活动,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的措施办法,为宁夏的改革发展稳定助力。《推进社会主义核心价值体系建设工程·先进人物篇》的出版,就是要树立先进典型,宣传先进典型,充分发挥先进典型的模范引领作用,教育引导干部群众做共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想的坚定信仰者,社会主义核心价值观的模范践行者,汇聚起建设和谐富裕新宁夏的巨大力量。自治区党委常委、宣传部部长蔡国英在研讨会上的讲话,对我区进一步开展好培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的工作,提出了指导意见,现予编发。
On May 10, 2013, a symposium on the core values of socialism was held in Yinchuan and a donation ceremony ceremony was held to promote the construction of the socialist core value system and advanced individuals. The publication of “promoting the construction of the socialist core value system and advanced personal articles” means publishing advanced models, promoting advanced models, giving full play to the leading role of advanced models, educating and guiding cadres and masses to do the great ideal of communism and socialism with Chinese characteristics A united believer and a model practitioner of the socialist core values, bringing together the tremendous power of building a harmonious and affluent New Ningxia. At the seminar, Cai Guoying, member of the Standing Committee of Propaganda Department and Propaganda Department, made a guideline on further developing our work of nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism.
