目的:探讨右归丸体外诱导大鼠骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞。方法:密度梯度离心法结合贴壁培养法培养骨髓基质细胞,并利用右归丸诱导骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞,设为空白对照组,右归丸组。结果:诱导7 d后,与空白对照组相比较,右归丸组细胞显示为典型的神经细胞样形态,细胞NSE、Nestin和GFAP阳性率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸可以体外诱导大鼠骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞。
Objective: To investigate the right Gui Wan induced in vitro differentiation of rat bone marrow stromal cells into neuron-like cells. METHODS: Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured by density gradient centrifugation and adherent culture, and the differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells into neuron-like cells was induced by Yougui Pill, which was set as blank control group and Yougui pill group. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the cells of Yougui Wan group showed a typical neuron-like morphology on day 7 after induction. The positive rates of NSE, Nestin and GFAP were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yougui Wan can induce rat bone marrow stromal cells to differentiate into neuron-like cells in vitro.
