目的:分析和探讨进展期胃癌治疗过程中应用参附注射液配合密集化疗的临床治疗效果。方法:随机选择我院自2007年4月～2013年4月时间内,收治的进展期胃癌患者84例,随机分成2组,每组患者各42例。对照组患者采用密集化疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用参附注射液配合密集化疗的方法进行治疗,观察、统计和分析2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过比较分析得出,在改善率方面,观察组患者为90.48%(38/42),对照组患者为59.52%(25/42),组间比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,观察组患者治疗前、后比较存在显著性差异,2组相比观察组患者的生活质量要好于对照组,组间比较均存在统计学意义。结论:在进展期胃癌的临床诊疗中,参附注射液配合密集化疗的方法能够有效的提高患者的临床改善率,优化患者的生存质量,是一种疗效显著的安全、理想的进展期胃癌治疗方法。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Shenfu injection combined with intensive chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2007 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 42 in each group). Patients in the control group were treated with intensive chemotherapy. Patients in the observation group were treated with Shenfu Injection combined with intensive chemotherapy, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed, statistically analyzed. Results: Through comparative analysis, 90.48% (38/42) patients in the observation group and 59.52% (25/42) patients in the control group showed statistically significant improvement in improvement rate (P <0.05). In terms of quality of life, observation group patients before and after treatment there are significant differences between the two groups compared with the observation group patients with better quality of life than the control group, between groups were statistically significant. Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of advanced gastric cancer, Shenfu injection combined with intensive chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical improvement rate and optimize the quality of life of patients, which is a safe and ideal advanced gastric cancer treatment method.
