一、双手双球行进间运球动作要领:两腿弯曲,含胸收腹,在身体的体侧双手运球,运球时肘关节稍抬起。动作难点:左右手运球时掌握好节奏。注意问题:1.运球的部位一定是手指(指根以上的部位触球);2.运球时抬头,重心降低。辅助练习:1.先做原地单手运球;2.做原地双手运球;3.完整动作练习。二、熟悉球性之手指连续拨球动作要领:指尖部位触球(手指紧张),当球离开手指指尖的同时,异侧手前臂从球与手之间穿过,完成动作。
