本文对农村劳动力的转移就业的景愿,包括景愿度、自我条件景愿、薪酬期望值、就业地域取向、转移就业忧患进行了调查分析;对转移就业培训的诉求,包括诉求度、培训内容诉求取向、培训时间诉求取向、培训经费诉求取向(对政府补助的期望值、对政府补助额度的诉求、自我支付的愿望额)、培训地点诉求取向、培训机构的诉求取向等也进行了深入的研究;对转移就业培训的需求状况进行了全面的了解;对农村劳动力转移就业、转移就业培训、职业学校为农村劳动力转移就业培训服务提出了五个方面的对策建议。
In this paper, the vision of rural labor transfer and employment, including the degree of hope, self-vision, salary expectancy, employment orientation and job-related risks were investigated and analyzed. The demands for employment transfer training, including the degree of appeal and the content of the training Orientation, the orientation of training time, the orientation of training funding (the expectation of government subsidy, the demand of government subsidy, the desire of self-payment), the orientation of training location and the orientation of training institutions. The situation of demand for transfer of employment training was fully understood. Five suggestions were made on the transfer of employment of rural labor force, the transfer of employment training and the vocational school training service for rural labor force transfer.
