水土保持耕作措施的生态服务功能的评价指标主要有拦蓄径流量、减少泥沙量、保持土壤肥力、净化大气、固碳供氧和减少噪音。在坡耕地上,因采用水土保持耕作措施而提高的粮食产量,在水土保持农业措施生态服务功能中,属于产生的直接经济价值,具体体现在粮食产量和人均粮食占有量和农业总产值上。为了科学合理地评估水土保持耕作措施的生态服务功能价值,借鉴Costanza[1]等人的分类方法与经济参数,采用直接市场法对黄土高原地区7个省水土保持耕作措施的生态服务功能各项指标的价值量进行计算,为我国水土保持决策部门提供了科学的数据支撑。
The evaluation indexes of ecological service function of soil and water conservation farming measures mainly include interception flow rate, sediment reduction, soil fertility maintenance, air purification, carbon fixation and oxygen supply and noise reduction. On slope farmland, the grain output increased due to the adoption of soil and water conservation farming practices belongs to the direct economic value that emerges from the ecological service functions of soil and water conservation agricultural measures, which are embodied in the grain output and grain per capita and agricultural output. In order to evaluate the ecological service function of soil and water conservation measures scientifically and reasonably, we draw lessons from Costanza [1] and others’ classification methods and economic parameters and use direct market method to evaluate the ecological service function of soil and water conservation measures in seven provinces in the Loess Plateau Index value of the amount of calculation for China’s water and soil conservation decision-making departments to provide a scientific data support.
