在综合考虑液压刚度和构件弹性变形情况下,对操作机末端静刚度进行了分析。该分析方法主要通过把操作机主运动机构在受到载荷情况下产生的弹性变形分解为驱动液压缸的位移和构件的弹性变形,分别考虑两部分对末端刚度的贡献,其中着重解决了多副杆弹性变形对末端刚度的影响,最后借助线性叠加原理得到整机末端刚度模型,从而为机构刚度分析提供了新的思路,为锻造操作机的应用和设计提供了有力的依据。
In considering the hydraulic stiffness and the elastic deformation of the components, the static stiffness of the manipulator end is analyzed. The analytical method mainly divides the elastic deformation caused by the main moving mechanism of the operating machine under load into the displacement of the driving hydraulic cylinder and the elastic deformation of the components, respectively considering the contribution of the two parts to the terminal stiffness, Elastic deformation on the end stiffness.
