本刊讯住建部科研课题《建筑工业化系列标准应用实施指南(装配式混凝土结构)》日前通过验收。该课题由中国建筑标准设计研究院牵头,北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司等多家单位参与,充分体现了“产、学、研”一体化的协同科研创新特点。课题包括了装配式混凝土结构全生命周期(设计阶段;构件生产阶段;施工及验收阶段;运营和维护阶段)、全专业(建筑;结构;机电设备)所涉及到的国家及地方标准,并对这些标准进行归纳和梳理。这是国内首次从建筑工业化技术需求的角度全面梳理现行有关标准的规定,
Journal of Housing and Housing Research project “Construction Industry Series Standard Application Guide (fabricated concrete structure)” recently passed the acceptance. The project is led by China Architecture Standard Design and Research Institute and Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., and many other units are involved, fully demonstrating the synergistic scientific research and innovation features of “production, study and research”. Topics include the national and local standards involved in the whole life cycle of a fabricated concrete structure (design phase; component production phase; construction and acceptance phase; operation and maintenance phase) and full professional (construction; structure; electromechanical equipment) These standards are summarized and combed. This is the first time in China that the current relevant standards are to be comprehensively reviewed from the perspective of the technical requirements for building industrialization.
