目的:初步探讨中药寒热药性与18种氨基酸含量的相关性,建立寒热药性的Fisher判别函数。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法测定了30味中药中的18种氨基酸含量。以18种氨基酸含量为指标,利用Fisher方法建立判别函数,研究中药药性与氨基酸含量的相关性。结果:热性中药的18种氨基酸平均含量是寒性中药的1.32倍,建立寒热药性的Fisher判别函数,组内回代一致率为90%。结论:Fisher判别函数对30种中药的寒热药性实现了较为准确的判别。18种氨基酸含量与中药寒热药性具有相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the correlation between the cold-heat medicinal properties and the contents of 18 kinds of amino acids in traditional Chinese medicine and to establish the Fisher discriminant function of cold-heat medicinal properties. Methods: The contents of 18 amino acids in 30 Chinese herbs were determined by RP-HPLC and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Using 18 kinds of amino acid content as indexes, the Fisher function was used to establish the discriminant function to study the correlation between the Chinese medicinal properties and amino acid content. Results: The average content of 18 kinds of amino acids in hot traditional Chinese medicines was 1.32 times of that of cold Chinese medicines. The Fisher discriminant function of cold and heat properties was established, and the consistency of back-generation in the group was 90%. Conclusion: Fisher discriminant function can accurately discriminate the cold-heat medicinal properties of 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. The content of 18 kinds of amino acids has a correlation with the cold-heat medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine.
