QoS(服务质量)是下一代网络(NGN)的关键技术之一。本文从NGN的QoS保障机制出发首先介绍了国际电信联盟(ITU)的有关标准草案,随后介绍了目前QoS研究的一些成果,并讨论了它们的应用前景和可能存在的问题。最后,文章介绍了四川联通“新纪网”的QoS保障方法,并结合“新纪网”的运营,讨论了NGN QoS的进一步研究思路与方向。
QoS (Quality of Service) is one of the key technologies of next generation network (NGN). Based on the QoS guarantee mechanism of NGN, this paper first introduces the relevant draft standards of International Telecommunication Union (ITU), then introduces some achievements of current QoS research and discusses their application prospects and possible problems. Finally, the article introduces the QoS guarantee method of “Xinji” of Sichuan Unicom and discusses the further research ideas and directions of NGN QoS in combination with the operation of “Xinjinet”.
