目的探讨超声联合血清醛缩酶测定对肝细胞癌(HCC)的诊断价值。方法对58例疑为HCC的患者行超声检查、测血清1,6-二磷酸果糖醛缩酶(FDP-ALD)、甲胎蛋白(AFP),并与病理结果对照分析。结果58例肝内有肿块的患者有48例病理诊断为HCC,FDP-ALD对HCC检出的灵敏度、准确性、阳性预测值均高于AFP(灵敏度:79.17%VS60.42%;准确性:75.86%VS60.34%;阳性预测值:90.48%VS87.87%;P<0.05,而特异度两者相同。结论超声结合FDP-ALD可提高对HCC的诊断率,以补充血清AFP阴性的不足。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with serum aldolase in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods A total of 58 patients with suspected HCC underwent ultrasonography, serum 1,6-diphosphate fructose aldolase (FDP-ALD) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) were measured and compared with pathological results. Results Of the 58 patients with intrahepatic masses, 48 were pathologically diagnosed with HCC. The sensitivity, accuracy, and positive predictive value of FDP-ALD for HCC were higher than those for AFP (sensitivity: 79.17% vs 60.42%; accuracy: 75.86%VS60.34%;positive predictive value:90.48%VS87.87%;P<0.05, and specificity are the same.Conclusion Ultrasound combined with FDP-ALD can improve the diagnostic rate of HCC, to complement the deficiency of serum AFP negative .
