员工流失率过高已成为阻碍饭店业发展的最突出问题。组织承诺理论是解释员工离职现象的重要切入点,文章基于已有研究成果构建了针对饭店业员工组织承诺与离职倾向的调研问卷,实证分析获得了三个组织承诺公因子及六个组织承诺剖面,进而分析了不同组织承诺剖面的员工在离职倾向上的差异性。依据研究结论,文章提出饭店企业降低员工离职率的对策
Staff turnover rate has become the most prominent problem hindering the development of the hotel industry. Organizational commitment theory is an important entry point to explain the phenomenon of employee turnover. Based on the existing research results, this paper constructs a questionnaire aimed at the organizational commitment and turnover intention of hotel industry employees. Empirical analysis obtains three organizational commitment common factors and six organizational commitment profiles , And then analyzed the differences in the turnover intention of employees in different organizational commitment profiles. According to the conclusion of the study, the article puts forward the countermeasures of reducing the employee turnover rate in hotel enterprises
