目的分析门诊病人就诊时间及规律,为做好门诊管理工作提供可靠依据。方法收集我院1994 ̄2003 年门诊病人就诊资料,进行统计描述和季节指数分析。结果我院门诊就诊病人呈逐年增加趋势(趋势性检验P<0.01),就诊高峰时间为一年中的6 ̄12月份,一周中的周1 ̄周4。结论加强门诊的管理工作,满足群众卫生服务需求。
Objective To analyze the treatment time and regularity of outpatients and provide a reliable basis for the outpatient management. Methods The outpatients from 1994 to 2003 in our hospital were collected for statistical analysis and seasonal index analysis. Results The number of outpatient visits in our hospital increased year by year (trend test: P <0.01). The peak hours of treatment were from June to December in the year and from week to week in the week. Conclusion Strengthen the management of outpatient services to meet the needs of the people’s health services.
