本文介绍了目前关于支承刀刃切割农作物茎杆的滑切理论;利用前人的试验资料及作者实测数据,论证了滑切与滑移切的区别、滑切作用的本质、对功耗的影响。从而得出结论:在切割器中实现滑移切是不可取的,实现无滑移的滑切是有益的、可行的。当滑切角大于0°时即具有滑切作用,在一定的范围内增大滑切角可降低功耗,一般滑切角在20~55°的范围内选取比较合适。
In this paper, we present the current slip-cutting theory about cutting the crop stalks by blade-cutting. By using the experimental data and the data measured by the authors, the difference between slip-shear and slip-shear, the nature of slip-cutting and the impact on power consumption are demonstrated. It is concluded that it is not advisable to realize the slip-cut in the cutter, and it is beneficial and feasible to realize slip-free slip-cut. When the slip angle is greater than 0 °, it has the effect of slip-cutting. Increasing the slip-cut angle within a certain range can reduce the power consumption. Generally, it is appropriate to select the range of slip angle from 20 to 55 °.
