恶性胸腔积液是晚期恶性肿瘤常见并发症。积液量多 ,增长迅猛 ,难以控制。我院自 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月经胸腔置管引流排尽胸液后 ,腔内注射γ -干扰素 (ＩＦＮγ)以及联合肿瘤坏死因子α(ＴＮＦα)治疗恶性胸液作疗效比较 ,现将结果报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资
