世界上没有完全相同的企业管理模式,不等于企业管理的发展变化没有规律可寻,也不等于不同企业管理模式之间没有共同或相似之处。综合分析埃克森美孚、BP、壳牌等国际石油公司,埃尼、沙特阿美、委内瑞拉等国家石油公司,以及哈里伯顿、斯伦贝谢、贝克休斯等油田服务公司企业管理的演变过程,不难发现这样一个基本规律:市场环境和社会环境的变化促使企业调整经营理念和发展战略,发展战略调整引发业务发展和管理模式的变革。也就是说,外部环境变化是根源,企业管理必须顺应环境变化而不断地变革和创新。而成功企业管理的每一次变革与创新,无不渗透着企业家的智慧和胆识。
