作者对已证实有尿路感染的70例病人进行了膀胱US和标准的排尿性膀胱尿道造影(MCU),年龄1个月及27岁。先用5MH_2超声探头对肾和膀胱扫查,特别注意观察膀胱后输尿管、肾盂肾盏扩张和膀胱充盈程度。然后摇动容器使生理盐水产生微气泡并灌注膀胱,对肾和膀胱纵行和横行扫查,婴儿充满至有排尿反射,稍大儿童有胀满感为止。根据国际标准对反流分级。低级(1或2级)反流者
The authors performed bladder US and standard urinary bladder urethroprography (MCU) in 70 patients with confirmed urinary tract infections, aged 1 month and 27 years. First with 5MH_2 ultrasound probe on the kidneys and bladder scan, with special attention to observe the bladder ureter, renal pelvis expansion and the degree of bladder filling. The container is then shaken to allow microbubbles to be generated in the physiological saline and to infuse the bladder. The kidneys and bladder are scanned longitudinally and transversely.
