2011年,在国务院水利普查办(以下简称国普办)的指导下,河北省各级水利普查机构和技术支撑单位认真贯彻落实国普办的总体部署,紧紧围绕对象清查登记这个中心工作,不断优化组织机构、落实普查经费、提高队伍素质,层层落实责任,严把时间节点,严控数据质量,取得卓有成效的阶段性成果,数据录入和数据质量走在全国前列。
Under the guidance of the Water Resources Census Office under the State Council (hereinafter referred to as the “State Council”) in 2011, the water census agencies and technical support units at all levels in Hebei Province conscientiously implemented the overall deployment of the CPO and focused on the central task of object inventory registration. Constantly optimize the organization, implement census funds, improve team quality, fulfill responsibilities at various levels, strictly control time points, strictly control data quality and achieve fruitful phased results. Data entry and data quality are at the forefront of the country.
